Watermelon has been the most appropriately known fruits in the world, it contains 92% of water which is an average amount the body systems needs for metabolism. It also contains a healthy nutritional value like Vitamin A and C and other beneficial healthy nutrients.

Well in my legion is not mostly grain because of the climatic conditions but it’s the most consumable fruit in my legion due to its beneficial and edible content.
